Your Business is Flooded. Where Do You Start?

2. Inspection and Water Damage Assessment

We inspect the property thoroughly, stop the source of the water coming in, and then test for contamination. After the contamination has been assessed, we survey the damage and complete a safety inspection.

3. Move-Out/Water Removal

If we determine that your business has suffered extensive damage, we conduct an efficient move-out to protect your belongings from any further damage. Then we get started on water removal almost immediately, using submersible pumps and wet/dry vacuums.

4. Drying and Dehumidification

We use industrial-grade dehumidifiers to prevent secondary water damage, and high-speed air movers to create airflow accelerating the evaporation process. Throughout this step, we carefully monitor moisture meters to be sure the property returns to an acceptable level before proceeding.

5. Cleaning and Sanitizing

After the water has been removed, your business will probably require professional cleaning. We firmly believe in “restoring” over “replacing,” and thoroughly clean the affected area with sanitizing treatments to avoid the growth of microbes and bacteria. We also use industrial-grade odor removal equipment and air scrubbers.

6. Restoration
