Emergency Water Damage Mitigation After a Major Apartment Building Fire in Ocean Grove, NJ
An early morning fire on March 3, 2017 burned several structures including the Warren Rest Home, La Pierre Condominiums, Marlboro Condominiums and four single family homes in Ocean Grove, NJ. The buildings in Ocean Grove are very close together, but fortunately the firefighters did a great job of getting the fire under control quickly to avoid it spreading further. The Warrington burned completely to the ground while The La Pierre Condominiums and The Marlborough Condominiums were badly damaged. The La Pierre Condominiums were saved but suffered major water damage from the firefighters’ efforts to put out the fire.
