We had a fire and our insurance company hooked us up with SERVPRO. After reading national reviews I was a bit hesitant as they were pretty miserable. Man did these folks prove those reviews wrong. They were amazing. Professional, thorough, trustworthy and courteous. They cleaned every spot smoke would go, which is pretty much everything and everywhere. Thank you so much to Jim and his team. You guys are the best!!!

The day after this past Christmas, our house caught fire. We chose SERVPRO of Point Pleasant to do all of our repairs and I couldn't be happier. They worked TIRELESSLY to be as quick and efficient as humanly possible - their professionalism, diligence, expertise and sensitivity to our situation was utterly astonishing. What could have been one of the hardest times of our lives was flawlessly executed by these guys - and for that - I have to publicly thank them. Thank you for telling us you were sorry that this happened, for working ridiculously hard day in and day out, for treating our house like a home and not a construction zone, for wrapping your shoes in plastic on rainy days to avoid making a mess and for petting my dog every time she so desperately needed more attention. You guys made everything as easy as it could possibly be and we couldn't be any more grateful for it all. Also, special shoutout to your painter (I'm sorry, I forget his name). That guy seriously isn't even human with how fast and perfect he painted every wall. I, no joke, am LOOKING for mistakes because it's unbelievable how flawless it looks. You guys rock!
